The Rotterdam Room offers 134 sqm of first-class banquet and conference facilities suitable for up to 120 guests in theatre-style. Furthermore, six state-of-the-art luxury boardrooms are located at the upper floors of the hotel.

Together with ‘De Doelen Concert and Congress Centre’, the hotel is the largest meeting and convention hotel in the city, directly linked via an internal walkway bridge. Our total capacity for meetings, events and conventions in Rotterdam allows up to 1.800 persons in theatre-style.

Rotterdam Rooms

The Rotterdam Room offers 134 square meters of first-class banquet, meeting and exhibition space. This conference room provides natural daylight and is equipped with air conditioning, electronically operated curtains for total darkness, state of the art HDMI audio and visual conferencing equipment and a built-in daylight-view LCD projector and screen. Together this makes the Rotterdam Room at The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam a place that meets all the requirements for being a perfect venue for your event.

The Rotterdam Room can be divided into two separate sections, the Rotterdam I and II. The spacious Foyer is ideal for a coffee break, lunch, reception or exhibition purposes.

Provided as standard in the Rotterdam Room:

  • Writing pads and pencils
  • Flipchart with paper and felt-tip pens
  • The LCD projector is available for the entire Rotterdam Room
  • Conference kit
  • Airconditioning

Cloakroom

During your event or meeting, we can offer your guests cloakroom services. Your guests will be carefully assisted by one of our staff members who will take, keep and return their coats. The cloakroom will be continuously monitored. The cost for this service is €35.00 per assistant per hour. All our boardrooms offer cloakroom services..

Additional services

If you would like to use of extra services for your meeting such as special furnishing of the rooms, chair covers, menus, printed material or plants/floral decorations etc., we will be pleased to discuss our offering.
